“Embodied You” Summer Retreat
Let us guide you through a sensory rich experience of self-care tools and techniques to support and uplift you during the expansive energies of Summer
The primary aim of this workshop is to help you deepen your felt sense of your body & celebrate the high energies of the summer in a grounded and embodied way.
Throughout the day you will be guided into and through opening and enlivening practices that you can take home with you & share with your family & friends.
We will be exploring the practices of a Cacao & Fire Ceremony, Meditations, Shiatsu, Somatic Movement & Sound, Tuning Forks & Chakra Balancing, Ecstatic Dance, & closing with a Sound Bath.
